Delivery
We pack your order within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
- Free delivery on orders over R449. to confirm: does an order of exactly R449 qualify?

When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door or locker.

Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind?
Because you bought online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 7 days after it's delivered. Send the piece back and we'll refund you within 30 days. You may need to pay the cost of sending it back to us.
Ring doesn't fit?
We'll swap it for another size, free, within 30 days of delivery. to confirm: who pays postage for size exchanges, and whether the ring must be unworn
Something wrong with your piece?
If a piece is faulty within 6 months of delivery, we'll repair it, replace it or refund you. You choose which. Normal wear and accidental damage aren't faults.
How to return something
- Email us first at patronasza@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do.
- We'll reply with the return address and how to send it.
- Pack the piece safely, in its box if you still have it.

Ring sizes
Our rings come in the sizes below. South Africa uses the same letter sizes as the UK.

Measure your finger with a strip of paper
- Cut a thin strip of paper.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you'll wear the ring on.
- Mark the spot where the paper meets itself.
- Lay it flat and measure from the end to your mark in millimetres.
- Match that number to the circumference column above.
If you're between two sizes, go up one. Fingers are a little bigger at the end of the day and when it's warm, so that's a good time to measure.
Already have a ring that fits?
Measure across the inside of it, edge to edge, in millimetres. Match that to the inside diameter column.
Still not sure? Pick your best guess. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for free within 30 days.
Caring for your jewellery
A little care keeps your piece looking its best for longer.
- Take it off before you swim, shower or sleep.
- Put perfume, lotion and hairspray on first, and let them dry before you put your jewellery on.
- Keep it in its box when you're not wearing it, so it doesn't scratch or tangle.
- Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
FAQs
Is my order gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece comes in a box with its story card, so it's ready to give. to confirm: can customers add a gift message, and are prices left off the packing slip?
What is the story card?
It's a small card in every box that tells the meaning and origin behind your piece. It's there so whoever wears it knows what it stands for.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at patronasza@gmail.com as soon as you can, with your order number. If we haven't packed it yet, we'll happily change it. If it's already on its way, you can still cancel within 7 days of delivery. See returns and exchanges.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?

How can I pay?
Checkout is through Shopify, and payments are handled securely by Payfast. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT or Capitec Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
Is it real silver or gold?
We describe our pieces by their tone, for example silver tone or gold tone, which is their colour and finish. We'll confirm the materials for each piece on its product page. to confirm: base metal, plating and any sterling silver or gold content for each product
How do I know my ring size?
Use our ring size guide. All you need is a strip of paper and a ruler. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for free within 30 days.
When will my order arrive?
